Rule 25-E701 - ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT ACTION - CONDEMNATION OR EMBARGO ORDER, JUSTIFYING CONDITIONS AND REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT, CHEMICALS, OR OTHER OPERATIONAL SUPPLIES

A duly authorized agent of the Director of the Department of Health may condemn, embargo and cause to be removed any equipment, chemicals, or other operational supplies found in a barber, cosmetology, or personal grooming facility the use of which does not comply with this Subtitle.
