Rule 22-C5110 - NON-TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION CARDS
5110.1

All persons required to register with the Board shall receive and wear on their person, while working in a restricted access area at a cultivation center, dispensary, or testing laboratory, a non-transferable uniform registration identification card from the Board.

5110.2

The non-transferable registration card shall be presented by a manager, director, officer, member, incorporator, agent and employee of a cultivation center, dispensary, or testing laboratory to a Board investigator to confirm that the person is authorized to cultivate, dispense, distribute, possess, test, or transport medical marijuana, or to manufacture, possess, or distribute paraphernalia.
