Rule 22-C5102 - EXTENSION OF EXPIRATION DATES OF PROTESTED REGISTRATIONS
5102.1

Unless a registration is otherwise summarily suspended under this subtitle, the registration of a cultivation center, dispensary, or testing laboratory that has received written notice of the Board's intent not to renew the registration shall continue in effect until such time as the Board has taken final action on the registration.

5102.2

In the case of applications for the renewal of a registration or for transfer to a new owner, the registration shall continue in effect until the Board has taken final action on the registration.
