Rule 22-B9601 - EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT

9601.1

A procurement may be approved on an emergency basis if such procurement is necessary to remedy an existing or inherent emergency condition.

9601.2

Documentation shall be made of the circumstances necessitating any such emergency purchases.
