Rule 17-8700 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

8700.1

This chapter shall apply to applicants for and holders of a certification to practice as a certified addiction counselor I or II, positions established, respectively, by sections 851 and 852 of the Act (D.C. Official Code §§ 3-1208.51 and 3-1208.52 ).

8700.2

Chapters 40 (Health Occupations: General Rules) and 41 (Health Occupations: Administrative Procedures) of this title shall supplement this chapter.
