Rule 11-929 - REFERRAL OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATIONS (W-0)
929.1

Before commencement of a Public Hearing on an application for any special exception in the W-0 Zoning District, the Commission or Board shall refer the application to the D.C. Office of Planning for coordination, review, and report. The application shall include reports and recommendations from the Departments of Health and Transportation and all other appropriate agencies.

929.2

The report submitted by the Office of Planning shall specifically address the environmental impact of the proposed use, as that impact is identified by the Department of Health; provided that any such report is not intended to be, and shall not be construed to constitute, the functional equivalent of an Environmental Impact Assessment or Statement.
