Rule 11-914 - ANTENNA TOWER AND MONOPOLE (W-1, W-2, AND W-3)
914.1

If the Board considers that it is appropriate in furthering the objectives of the Waterfront Districts, an antenna tower or monopole shall be permitted as a special exception in the W-1, W-2, and W-3 Districts, if approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment subject to the standards and procedures as specified in chapter 27 of this title.
