Rule 11-2807 - INCLUSIONARY HOUSING REQUIREMENTS (HE)2807.1Development that is subject to the Inclusionary Zoning Program set forth in Chapter 26 shall be constructed according to the provisions set forth in § 2808, notwithstanding any bonus they may be granted by Chapter 26.
