Section 6100-3.0 - License required3.1 No individual shall engage in the practice of providing elevator services nor hold oneself out to the public as being qualified to act as a licensed elevator mechanic, or otherwise assume or use any title or description conveying or tending to convey the impression that the individual is qualified to act as a licensed elevator mechanic, unless the individual has been duly licensed under Chapter 61 of Title 24 of the Delaware Code.3.2 Whenever a state license to practice as an elevator mechanic has expired or been suspended or revoked, it shall be unlawful for the individual to act as an elevator mechanic in this State.24 Del.
