Section 8-273-37 - Combined payments(a) If a homeowner is eligible for payment under 8-273-26, but has previously received a rental payment under 8-273-27 (a), the amount of rental payment previously received shall be deducted from any amount that he receives.(b) If a homeowner or tenant is eligible for a down payment, but has previously received a rental payment, the amount of rental payment previously received shall be deducted from the amount of any down payment that he receives.Conn.
