Section 8-119jj-25 - Program and financial reporting(a) Developers shall, annually, provide income data which covers the period through September thirtieth. Such data shall be provided on all households entering a housing development and those occupying the development during the year.(b) Developers shall maintain complete and accurate books and records in accordance with the latest procedures approved by the Commissioner.Conn.
