Section 7-323l-15a - Traffic control incident management(a)GeneralNo person shall be certified to the level of traffic control incident management until all examination requirements of this standard for that level have been fulfilled.
(b)Objectives: The candidate for certification to the level of traffic control incident management shall comply with the performance objectives of NFPA 1091, Standard for Traffic Control Incident Management Professional Qualifications.(c) The commission shall certify to the level of traffic control incident management those candidates who have satisfactorily demonstrated the ability to meet the requirements as prescribed in this section.Conn.
