Section 51-51k-3 - Membership and terms of office(a) The Council is composed of members and alternates appointed by the Governor with the approval of the General Assembly, as set forth in section 51-51k(a) of the General Statutes.(b) The terms of all members shall be as set forth in section 51-51k(c) of the General Statutes.Conn.
