Section 38a-138-6 - Acquisition of control - statement filing; amendments to Form A; hearing

A person required to file a statement pursuant to section 38a-130 of the Connecticut General Statutes shall furnish the required information on Form A (Appendix A of sections 38a-138-1 to 38a-138-16, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies). Such person shall also furnish the required information on Form E (Appendix E of sections 38a-138-1 to 38a-138-16, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies). The applicant shall promptly advise the Commissioner of any changes in the information so furnished on Form A arising subsequent to the date upon which such information was filed with the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall hold a public hearing within thirty (30) days from the date at which the Commissioner determines that the Form A is complete in all respects. If any amendments to the Form A are filed after such a determination has been made by the Commissioner, the hearing date may be postponed by the Commissioner for a reasonable period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the filing of such amendment.
