Section 36a-1-76 - Availability of regulation, fiscal note and regulation-making record(a) All the regulations and currently pending proposed regulations of the commissioner shall be available for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the department. Copies of all such regulations shall be available to any person upon request. The commissioner may charge a reasonable fee for each copy in accordance with the provisions of section 1-212 of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b) All interested persons may inspect and copy a fiscal note prepared pursuant to subdivision (5) of section 4-168 of the Connecticut General Statutes during normal business hours at the office of the department.(c) The official regulation-making record that is maintained by the department pursuant to section 4-168b of the Connecticut General Statutes shall be available for public inspection and copying during normal business hours at the office of the department.Conn.
