Section 32-6a-9 - Applicant's obligationsIn carrying out the project, the Applicant will:
(A) Comply with the terms and conditions of the assistance agreement, all applicable federal, state and local laws, and all regulations and directives issued by the Commissioner.(B) At all times during regular business hours and as often as the Commissioner requires, permit his representatives and all other authorized representatives of the State full and fee access to the project and to all related accounts, records and books.(C) At such times as the Commissioner may require, furnish him with such periodic reports, statements and other documentary information as he may request relative to the progress and status of the project, and as to compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.(D) Hold the State and all of its officers, agents, employees and representatives harmless from damages in any action arising from the acquisition, relocation, restoration or operation of any properties related to the grant.Conn.
