Section 29-349-127 - Requirements for classes of explosivesAll Class A, Class B, and Class C special industrial explosives, and any newly developed and unclassified explosives, shall be kept in magazines which meet the requirements of these regulations. This shall not be construed as applying to the following:
(a) Stocks of small arms ammunition, propellant-actuated power cartridgs, small arms ammunition primers in quantities of less than 750,000 and smokeless propellant in quantities of less than 750 pounds (see Chapter XII)(b) Special industrial explosives devices when in quantities of less than 50 pounds net weight of explosives.(c) Fuse lighters and fuse igniters.(d) Safety fuse (safety fuse does not include cordeau detonating fuse).(e) Explosives kept in the manufacturing area for manufacturing purposes.Conn.
