Section 29-276b-1 - Standards and methods for the testing of construction materials and structural members or assemblies(a) Any person, firm or corporation licensed under the provisions of Chapter 391 engaged in the testing of construction materials and structural members or assemblies shall utilize standards and methods for testing which conform with standards and test methods approved by the American Society for Testing and Materials, the American National Standards Institute, or any other nationally recognized accreditation program for the testing and certification of construction materials and structural members or assemblies.(b) If any modification of standards and test methods is necessary to render such standards and test methods appropriate for local use, the professional engineer who shall certify such tests shall describe such modification with specificity in each test report.Conn.
