Section 26-194-1 - Definitions

As used in this section and section 26-194-2 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:

(1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture;

(2) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture; and

(3) "Shellstock Shipper I license" means a commercial shellstock shipper I license issued pursuant to section 26-192c of the Connecticut General Statutes.
