Section 20-269-3 - Definitions

As used in sections 20-269-3 to 20-269-8, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies:

(a) "Department" means the Department of Public Health.

(b) "Board" means the Board of Examiners of Electrologists.
