Section 19a-401-20 - Hearings(a)Persons notified. The Chairman of the Commission on Medicolegal Investigations shall give written notice of a hearing to all parties and to such other persons as have filed with the Chairman their written request to be notified of a hearing in the particular matter and to such additional persons as the Chairman deems appropriate and advisable. The Chairman shall give such notice by newspaper publication as may be required by law.(b)Contents of notice. Notice of a hearing shall include but shall not be limited to the following: (1) a statement of the time, place and nature of the hearing; (2) a statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held; (3) a reference to the particular sections of the statutes and regulations involved; (4) a short and plain statement of fact describing the matters asserted.(c) If a hearing is held, the contested case provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act shall apply.Conn.
