Section 19a-401-16 - Requests for declaratory rulings. General

These rules set forth the procedure to be followed by the Commission in the disposition of requests for declaratory rulings as to the validity of any regulation, or the applicability to specified circumstances of a provision of the Connecticut General Statutes, a regulation or a final decision within the Commission's jurisdiction.
