Section 10-66j-2 - Definitions(a) "Board" means State Board of Education.(b) "Pupil Population" means the average daily membership, as determined in accordance with section 10-261 of the General Statutes, of the local or regional boards of education, within the geographic area, for the full school year prior to an application for approval as a regional educational service center in accordance with the regulations herein.Conn.
