Section 10-76h-10 - Expedited hearings(a) Expedited hearings shall be arranged in accordance with Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 USC 1401 et. seq. and the regulations adopted thereunder, as amended from time to time, regarding actions or proposed actions relating to the discipline or removal from school of a child with a disability.Conn.
