Section 3.509 - Provider Termination Without Cause Provisions(1) Contracts between carriers and health care providers shall state that neither the carrier nor the provider has the right to terminate the contract without cause.(2) Carriers shall provide a written statement to a provider of the reason or reasons for such provider's involuntary disenrollment.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1331, eff. 1/27/2017.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1494, eff. 4/28/2023.
