Section 10.11 - Performance Improvement Plan Implementation, Reporting and Monitoring(1) Upon notice of approval of a proposed Performance Improvement Plan, the PIP Entity shall begin immediate implementation of the Performance Improvement Plan.(2) Each PIP Entity implementing a Performance Improvement Plan shall be subject to compliance monitoring and regularly provide both public and confidential reports upon progress as specified in the approved Performance Improvement Plan and as may be otherwise specified by the Commission.(3) The Commission shall provide assistance to the PIP Entity in the successful implementation of the performance improvement plan, subject to available capacity and expertise.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1337, eff. 4/21/2017.
