Section 8.05 - Data Reporting Schedule(1)General. Payers and Hospitals shall submit data and information to CHIA in accordance with the timeframe and schedule provided in, a Data Submission Guide, or an Administrative Bulletin. In the event the data submission deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Commonwealth holiday, the data shall be due on the business day immediately thereafter.(2)Resubmissions. Payers, and Hospitals will be required to resubmit data and information because the submission was rejected due to errors or as part of the review, verification process and quality analysis.(3)Extension Requests. CHIA may grant, for good cause, an extension in time to Payers and Hospitals, to submit health care data and information.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1267, eff. 8/15/2014.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1341, eff. 6/16/2017.
