Unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context, words and phrases used in 840 CMR 10.00 shall have the meanings assigned them by M.G.L. c. 32 and 840 CMR 1.00: Protection of Interests of Retirement System Members and Their Beneficiaries and if no meaning is so assigned, they shall have their ordinary meanings.
