Subsection 3111.7 - Fire and CO Detection, Occupant Notification and Life Safety System Supervision through January 1,2013

Subject to the provisions of section 3111.3, through January 1,2013, a temporary overnight shelter may install and utilize battery only operated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and, off-premise supervision (monitoring) of these life safety devices is not required.
