Section 11.01 - Introduction(1)General. 700 CMR 11.00 contain the terms and conditions under which persons and operators of motor vehicles shall be permitted upon the Tobin Memorial Bridge.(2)Applicability. 700 CMR 11.00 shall apply to all Operators of Motor Vehicles and Persons who use the Tobin Memorial Bridge.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1265, eff. 7/18/2014.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1324, eff. 10/21/2016.
