Section 55.06 - Plan Amendments(1) If, at any point, a district's accountability status changes, the commissioner may require the district to amend its plan.(2) Each district shall submit to the department, for the commissioner's review, any amendment to its plan that reflects a change the district deems necessary to improve its performance in meeting the plan's goals.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1420, eff. 3/2/2020.
