Section 4.14 - Certificate of Occupational Proficiency(1)Criteria for Candidacy for the Certificate of Occupational Proficiency. In order to qualify as a candidate for the Certificate of Occupational Proficiency in a specific vocational technical education program, a student must possess a portfolio containing at a minimum a competency profile demonstrating the acquisition of the knowledge and skills associated with at least two years of full-time study in the program, as well as a career plan, safety credential and a resume.(2)Criteria for Receiving the Certificate of Occupational Proficiency.
