Section 2.03 - Procedures to Handle Petitions for the Adoption, Amendment or Repeal of Regulations

Upon receipt of a petition for the adoption, amendment or repeal of a regulation the State Fire Marshal shall review the petition within 60 days of receipt thereof and determine if further review or action relative to the petition is warranted.
