(1) The record in a hearing under 456 CMR 17.00 shall consist of the charge, the complaint, notice of hearing, answer, motions, rulings, orders, audio recording or stenographic transcription, stipulations, exhibits, documentary evidence and amendments to any of the foregoing.(2) The record before the Board on review of a hearing officer's decision shall be as set forth in 456 CMR 13.19(3).Amended by Mass Register Issue 1322, eff. 9/23/2016.
