Any Person aggrieved by an Order may, within 21 days after the Department provides such order under 330 CMR 34.07(7), request a hearing before the Department pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A. A request for an adjudicatory hearing shall be made in writing to the Department as instructed in the Order.
