Section 32.07 - Accurate and Timely Submittals(1) No person shall make any false, inaccurate, or misleading statement in any application, record, report, plan, or statement which that person submits, or is required to submit, to the Department or to a board of health pursuant to 310 CMR 32.00 or any order issued by the Department.(2) Any application, record, report, plan, or statement which any person is required to submit to the Department or to a board of health shall be submitted within the time period prescribed in 310 CMR 32.00 or any order issued by the Department, unless otherwise specified by the Department.(3) Failure to comply with any requirement of 310 CMR 32.07 shall be grounds for appropriate legal action including, without limitation, suspension or revocation of any approval granted by the Department pursuant to 310 CMR 32.00.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1322, eff. 9/23/2016.
