Section 30.838 - Issuance of Facility License(1) After the close of the public comment period, or following any informal public hearing, the Department shall, by first-class mail, give notice of the final license determination to the applicant and to each person who has submitted written comments, or has otherwise requested notice of the final license determination.(2) A final license determination shall become effective 21 days after the date of the notice of determination given pursuant to 310 CMR 30.838(1), unless a request for adjudicatory hearing is made pursuant to M.G.L. c. 21C, M.G.L. c. 30A, and 310 CMR 1.00.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1522, eff. 5/24/2024.
