Section 30.277 - Recycling and Transfer Station Permits and Permit Applications(1) Any person wishing to engage in any activity described in 310 CMR 30.276(1) in compliance with a Class B(4) permit, including but not limited to any generator wishing to recycle Class B(4) regulated recyclable material at the site of generation, shall apply to the Department for a Class B(4) permit to do so. The application shall be on a form acceptable to the Department. In addition to what is set forth in 310 CMR 30.204, the application shall include a complete description of how the applicant intends to comply with the requirements set forth or referred to in 310 CMR 30.270, including, without limitation, a complete description showing how the applicant proposes to meet the requirements set forth in 310 CMR 30.276.(2) Conditions imposed pursuant to 310 CMR 30.202(2), the general conditions set forth in 310 CMR 30.205 and 30.206, and the standards set forth in 310 CMR 30.270 shall apply to each Class B(4) permit issued to persons who engage in any activity described in 310 CMR 30.276(1), regardless of whether or not such conditions are written into the permit. Permittees shall comply with such conditions whether or not they are written into the permit. Failure to comply shall be grounds for an enforcement action, including, without limitation, permit suspension or revocation.
