Section 3.08 - Succession in Practice(1) An Optometrist may use the office identification and telephone listing of another Optometrist who is retired, deceased, or has otherwise discontinued the practice of Optometry.(2) The Optometrist taking over a former practice shall notify all patients of the former practice in writing that he or she is succeeding the Optometrist who is retired, deceased or has otherwise discontinued the practice of Optometry.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1340, eff. 6/2/2017.
