Section 88.10 - Judicial Appeal ProcedureThe Party appealing the Board's Findings and Order must:
(1) obtain from the Board certified copies of the Appeal Form and of the Board's Findings and Order;(2) file with the appropriate court a Petition for Judicial Review (forms may be obtained in the Clerks' Offices of the respective court), certified copies of the original Appeal Form and the Board's Findings and Order and the filing fee required by the court; and(3) serve a copy of the Petition for Judicial Review filed with the court upon the Board and the Office of the Attorney General.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1355, eff. 12/29/2017.
