Section 67.13 - Solicitation of Membership by Licensed Insurance Producers

Except for the trustees, officers, directors or salaried employees of a group or its administrator, any person soliciting membership in a workers' compensation self-insurance group shall be a licensed insurance producer as provided by M.G.L. c. 175, § 1621.
