(1) All agents of licensed HMOs must be duly licensed to sell accident and health insurance products pursuant to M.G.L. c. 175, § 162I.(2) Nothing in 211 CMR 43.07(1) shall require an HMO to appoint agents.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1349, eff. 10/6/2017.
