Section 429.439 - Satellite Clinics

All clinic locations must meet, independently of its parent clinic, all requirements set forth in 130 CMR 429.000. Satellite locations must be able to offer in person services for up to 20 hours per week; use of telehealth is acceptable when agreed upon by the member.
