(1) The Case Management Provider that initially resettles the refugee through the Reception and Placement process, or completes the MRRP application for other program eligible populations, shall continue to serve as the Case Management Provider for the refugee as long as the refugee resides within the area the Provider serves. However, the initial Provider may request that ORI reassign the case to a more geographically accessible provider, and upon ORI consultation with the two providers, ORI may designate the more geographically accessible Provider to serve the refugee.

(3) Case Management Providers shall notify ORI whenever a refugee not initially resettled by the Provider, inquires about receiving services from the Provider and the Provider cannot serve the refugee.
