Section 18.14 - Severability

If any provisions of 110 CMR 18.01 through 18.14, or the applications of such provisions to any person or circumstance are held invalid, the other provisions of 110 CMR 18.01 through 18.14, or the application of such provisions to any person or circumstance other than that as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
