Section 180.295 - Standard - Personnel PoliciesEach laboratory shall maintain written personnel policies, practices, and procedures that adequately support sound laboratory practice. The policies, practices and procedures shall include, at a minimum, the following:
(A) Current employee records shall be maintained and include a resume of each employee's training, experience, duties, and date or dates of employment.(B) Evidence of adequate health supervision of employees, such as results of preemployment physical examinations, including chest X-rays, immunization records, and records of all illnesses and accidents occurring on duty shall be maintained.(C) Work assignments shall be consistent with qualifications.
