Section 158.009 - Acceptance of Application(A) The Department shall not accept an application for an original or renewal license unless: (1) The application includes all information required by the Department;(2) The application, all required attachments and statements, and a Notice of Intent, if applicable, submitted by the applicant meet the requirements of 105 CMR 158.000; and(3) The applicant has paid all required fees.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1277, eff. 1/2/2015.
