Section 142.509 - Evaluation of Quality(A) Each birth center shall have an on-going program for the review and evaluation of the quality and appropriateness of services provided by the birth center.(B) Each birth center shall document all such reviews conducted and their findings and shall make such documentation available to the Department upon request.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1272, eff. 10/24/2014.
