Section 430.01 - Purpose

103 CMR 430.00 establishes a fair and impartial system governing Massachusetts Department of Correction (Department) Inmate disciplinary proceedings. The process is intended to serve as a method of maintaining order in the institutions while encouraging positive inmate behavior change.
