Section 1355.41 - Scope of the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System(a) This section applies to state and tribal title IV-E agencies unless indicated for state title IV-E agencies only.(b) An agency described in paragraph (a) of this section must report information on the characteristics and experiences of a child in the reporting populations described in § 1355.42 .
